The Abu Bakr Trust

Islam commands all of us both individually and collectively to seek knowledge. In the glorious era where Islam and the Muslims where trend setters for the rest of civilisation, history tells us that the sole reason for their rise was founded on a proper and sound Islamic education and upbringing.

The Deeni institutions i.e. the Masjids, Madrasahs, DarulUlooms and Islamic Schools are the backbone of Islam. The turbulent episodes which line the pages of history also prove throughout the Islamic world, that these institutions have been the key to safeguarding Islam. Whenever and wherever the Muslims have neglected these educational establishments (breeding grounds of future Imams and leaders of the Ummah), Islam has disappeared from these places.

In order to preserve Islam and the Islamic way of life, it is imperative and of the utmost importance that we Muslims initiate, support and maintain these institutions.

The ABU BAKR TRUST by the grace of Allah(swt) has for the last 19 years been instrumental in the delivery of quality Islamic and contemporary education to the whole of the Muslim community.
